The Town of Heath Springs has a new 67-acre certified Class A business park ready for new business and industry with plans to add a 50,000 square foot spec industrial building in 2009.. Town Council & Administration

Heath Springs Town Hall is located at 103 Duncan Street. Town Council meets in this building the third Monday of each month. The building also houses offices for the Mayor and Town Clerk.

The Town of Heath Springs has a total population of 987 and was first incorporated in 1890. The Town is governed by a Mayor-Council form of government. Most functions of Town government are administered at Heath Springs Town Hall which is located at 103 Duncan Street.

The Town Council consists of 5 members elected at large and includes the Mayor who oversees all meetings. Elections are held the second Tuesday of July and are non-partisan. Current Town Council Members are:
